Say they put a bar in at your local water treatment plant. Would you sit down and have a drink? Oh course not. Why? Cause it smells like shit! Your not going to want to eat or drink where you can't stand the smell

 

there's not a smell though in a traditional mexican place. it just smells like a normal restaurant

 

That depends, are the drinks cheap? I'd probably have them neat, I couldn't trust the water.
