I think I took 10 loop line (general) phone calls yesterday and 20 direct calls and answered/deleted whatever emails came my way. But then again I'm disgruntled

Well maybe if you boys stopped goofing off on the internet and went back to work you'd get more done... :D:D:D

Check the wheel arches where the plastic parts of the bumpers clip on. A coworker has one and it's bubbling like crazy in those spots. That one looks pretty clean, but never hurts to check.

Although, I'm sure Rebecca looked already. :notsure:

See, guys, I work for a defense company and all of our work is for the government (eventually). (Can't say what I make, so don't ask but you've seen them in action on tv). Therefore I have to waist time on the internet. I think it's in the contract and will be reprimanded if I'm too efficient...
Changing from a flip phone to an iPhone has certainly helped, that's for sure!

I get annoyed because we have a few people who constantly complain that they don't have time to get through their work. Then they email me asking me to do something that will make their jobs harder when I know full well it's the least logical way to do it and will triple the time necessary.

Then they get mad when I make them do it my way.

BTW, seeing how I'm representing the entire Quality department, I'm been working on proving the theorem that the ratio of horses asses to horses is greater than 1.

Doing a damn good job of it too. At the end of the fiscal year, operations tries to ship anything and everything that isn't nailed down. New motto: "today's shipments are tomorrow's returns "...

    Back to work now.

x2. I was shocked to see that generation of car rusting there as they're still relatively new.

I get to change the headlight bulbs in the MIL"s Saturn Aura today since I'm off with use it or lose it vacation time. I figured how hard can bulbs be...in a Saturn the procedure is to pull the bumper to pull the headlamp assemblies. Good job, guys.

New cars are crazy in terms of what needs to be done to complete a simple task like changing lights...its cause they pack everything under the hood wicked tight then cover it with useless plastic

So a while back I picked up a DIY ebay heated seat inserts for my WRX but never got around to installing them. Now that I have seat covers on my tacoma I'm thinking about tossing the heated seat inserts under the seat covers. I know a bunch of people who run the same pad inserts and had no issues electrically, fire related, wiring related either... Obviously I'll redo the wiring with proper harnesses to my liking but has anyone here installed heated seats in their Taco?

Since we are all talking what we do, this is what I do... or at least what I estimate and then project manage:

That's a big structural light gauge steel mezzanine that's going in a big building in Wilmington, MA for a carpet company. There will be a 3" concrete slab poured on these joists.

Picked up a Moto Z play a few days ago. So far really like it. Not going to lie, I always thought Android/apple pay were just gimmicks, but I set up Android pay on this phone and have to say it's actually pretty convenient. Plus it doesn't take 3 years to process like all the new chip cards do.

Don't be too jealous, we're not doing much besides hanging out and a few family holiday functions.

Right!? My debit and credit cards take so much longer than cash with these chips. Even a woman writing a check can check out faster.
