    Side note: the time has come to visit the RI DMV to get my license and plates, does anyone have a good idea as to which location would be better to visit and around what time? Distance doesn't make a difference if the wait time is short too. I have had awful experiences at every DMV I have had to go to in MD and NC so I wanted to ask here first before I decided to pick a random one and hope for the best.
