Actually, I do have a couple of pictures of the snow, sort of.
I hadn't gotten around to taking the Christmas lights down from the fence line yet because we just had our extended family Christmas a couple of weekends ago. And then we got 4 feet of snow, so now they'll be there for a while, haha! I plugged them in last night to see if they still worked, and I thought they looked pretty damn cool so I took a couple pictures.

 

Wow, that's a lot of snow!

 

You can keep it all up there if you don't mind. And I'd like to send you some extra as well... the one we already have on the ground, plus whatever may come in the future.

Seriously though... that's a lot of fucking snow. DAYUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yeah, it's a decent amount, that's for sure. A damned sight better than last year; last winter sucked.

Yeah, last year we didn't have hardly any snow. We'd get snow, then it'd rain. Or it'd be cold and windy for days, then when we finally got some precipitation it'd warm up and just be rain, or really slushy wet heavy snow that melted as soon as it hit. It was like living in Seattle, lol.

 

AH. I gotcha now... now I know why you said last year sucked. Sucked in the sense that you didn't get snow and this year you did/do. You like snow. Got it.

 

Yeah. I like winter sports. Ice fishing, snow shoeing, skiing, winter camping, etc. Plus I like playing around in my plow truck, lol.
A winter with no snow and no (safe) ice on the lakes means that you can't go outside and do anything to enjoy the winter, which makes for a boring, sucky winter.

 

Do any of yall have a tool/gauge to monitor motors/trans temps. Just looking to get something for when I start towing to make sure I don't blow something up lol.

 

Ultra gauge or scan gauge

 

With my 2007, it still wouldn't monitor transmission temps. Is that still the case?

 

The one i got from you won't since it's like version 1, but they have a newer ultra gauge now that does. You just have to order it with some specific Toyota programming from ultra gauge.

 

My F150 has both a digital and an analog gauge on the dash.
And my other trucks are manuals...

Exactly. A warm winter sucks balls and is nothing more than a mud filled crappy time

 

Ultra Gauge Blue can pull the trans temp on my Tundra. Supposedly the x-gauge/custom gauge features have it now.

 

Pretty sure it does, that's one of the reasons people liked it vs ultra gauge until ultra gauge updated their software
