You and me both. I need an IV of coffee to make it through this day.

 

Baby was crazy last night, we only slept a few hours. I feel your pain, trying not to consume so much coffee you and stay hydrated instead. It's tough, I want to drink copious amounts of it, but it'll just make me feel that much crappier if I don't drink water/ stay hydrated.

This morning I did slam a DD iced coffee and the followed it up with 4 scoops of preworkout to get me ass up though

 

It's so damn nice out right now too. I've got the window in my office opened and it's just begging me to go outside.

 

I'm heading home to get the new bike out now
