Yea, but they are going to release him. Basically getting picks for taking a hit to cap space this year.

That's why I still run 2 miles in the morning 4-5 days a week, lol.

Very. On the plus side, I looked really cut because I had something like 1% body fat, lol.

I was 6' tall 125 lbs. Way too skinny and couldn't put a pound on to save my life. Now look at me

    Somebody's thread mining...

I don't mind it too much. I still don't enjoy it, but I've got a treadmill set up in the cellar with a TV in front of it, and I'll go for my morning jog while I watch the news. Makes it go faster.

I've started doing more trail running and it's actually enjoyable and not as boring. Last sunday I did 4 miles on trails at Purgatory Chasm and it was good. Tomorrow I might go to Wolf Hill Forest in Smithfield and do some the trails there.

I run outside during the summer, but screw doing it during the winter. Running outside when it's 10 degrees, dark, and windy isn't my idea of a good time, haha!

    I was 5'7 and 125-ish when I graduated, and I'm still 5'7 but now I'm in the 160-165 range.

Did you come back inside and do some decorative glass-cutting with your nipples?

I went into college 6'-3" weighing in at 150 lbs soaking wet. I ate the worst foods imaginable but had a metabolism that burnt it off in no time. Graduated at 155, and now charging through my 30's weighing 190 lbs - nothing different in my diet or work life. Getting old slowed my rate of crapping out food big time. Seemed to equilibrate at 190 lbs based upon my diet, work schedule, and age.

Keep it up and the weight will keep coming on. When I was in my 30's I was at 200-205. Now I'm in my 40's and I'm at 240ish

I'm 31X30. It's frustrating since not everything comes in an odd size like that.. 30" is suffocating, 32" is enormous. I think I'd otherwise be a 30", but my thighs are disproportionately large because of the amount of hiking I do.

I'm about 5'10", 140 lbs. In the summer if I don't make an effort to eat a lot I drop to the 120-125 range before I realize it.

I took off my snow tires because I was driving back and forth to Albany on warm days last week and didn't want to wear them down quicker than necessary. Maybe I'll get to see how the Hankooks do in the snow because I'm way too lazy to swap back again just to change them a third time in another couple weeks.

Interesting posts, I'm a newbie but I'm a homesick New Englander... grew up in W Mass and I've also lived in Newport RI. Reading through so many postings just to get some more ideas. Thanks guys. Jay
