The stealership near me told me the same thing, if a bushing goes bad they replace the whole arm, not just the bushing. It's a regional thing because of the salt/rust. You CAN buy just the bushings. I'd go through Camelback Toyota (vendor on TW), they are having their 5% off sale and even their base prices are a lot cheaper than local dealers.

Mine has the built in SWR meter. I need to tune it. It is fairly easy to do.

CB's are common around here?? I have one, but it was severely underpowered for my setup, so I got a 100w amp :D hehe.

We use them with the offroad club. Other than that, there arent many people that use them. Seems even the truckers are switching to something else.

What do people coat their frame with? I have a bunch of used diesel motor oil from the last oil change I did on my moms jetta, super thick, thought I'd put it on my chasis and other exposed under parts.

    Thoughts or recommendations?

    Thanks

Nice. I work in Pawtucket but haven't been to a game since I was a kid. Going to see the Sox play Thursday night if it doesn't get rained out

With the "NEW" cell phone laws ( $2700 fine) and Nextel changing their DC ...CB's will be coming back quickly for trucking companies...( big expanded radios  )...plus going back to 2 meter company radios.....

We are in that "process" right now....tried "Blue tooth" head sets and boss went full time 2 meter ;)....instead!!!

damn, they are whacking you commercial guys hard. I usually have channel 19 on when I am driving to meets. It is scary when someone actually says something.

I love how channel 9 is the emergency line... Anyone else realize its CONSTANT spanish with drivers using loads of echo? So. Damn. Annoying haha.

I mostly use mine on the highway, but will at meets also when the time comes!

Yeah, no problem with the text. Been busy with work and the house lately, would definitely like to hit up henniker again soon.

BTW - I noticed on your build page that you bushing thing to get rid of the drivers front vibe, how was it? I kind of need to do it myself but it really isn't noticeable during the summer. That and fix the drive line vibration (starting to drive me nuts).

It wasn't to bad to install . I did it in 2 hours (first time taking out a cv axle) All was good but just the other day I noticed I'm leaking diff fluid so i have to replace the seal and should be all set .
Do you have the shims under your rear leaf pack ? I have 3 degree shims . Or the carrier bearing drop might help the vibes . Both are very easy to install . And fairly cheap on toytec site .
