    Not much chance of being in any sort of flood zone. My house is probably 10-12' uphill of the high water mark and there's a dam on the opposite end of the lake to control elevation. Even during extreme events like 500-1000 year storms we're good

    Bridgewater is the most remote place I've lived and I hated it. Took minimum 45 minutes to get anywhere. no bank or grocery store nearby. Back roads to go everywhere. Everything closed by 9. Only places to eat were taverns. It was the worst
