There are some ok campgrounds in RI, some right on the water.

Ssshhhhhhh, yes Sebago is the cats ass, and Moosehead just sucks, at least that's what I tell every one.

Up in the Moosehead are. There is the golden road (logging road) you might be able to use your RTT, I have seen a few campers out that way. Lily Bay state park is right there as well.

 

I am also willing to meetup with anyone, if you are on my route. I like meeting everyone

 

Ya, I still can't believe they're asking that much.

 

If you want to do some off-roading I can hook you up in the Southern/Western parts of NH. There are a good amount of trails that are fun but won't break your truck.

 

I wonder if we could start a thread where stuff like this is posted, or maybe there already is and I haven't stumbled on to it yet. Just would be cool to find areas to go.

 

There's a reason why locations aren't posted. Typically once it's posted, yahoos doing a Google search go in and ruin the area. Next thing it's closed...

 

Understand that, but how do the non yahoos find out, asking for a friend as I may be a yahoo.

We'll carefully screen you to make sure you are trustworthy. The first run there, you'll be blindfolded, etc...

All kidding aside, typically the locations have been PM'd out or if there's a meet a meeting place near the spot is chosen.

 

Since I am not trusted, I should also drive someone else's truck first, as I am sure my ride is probably less trustworthy than me.

 

All kidding aside, I'm sure some of the guys up in your neck of the woods will chime in and let you know where some good spots are.

Of course, if you want to come to CT, I can show you places I go to. They typically have a Sears, JC Penny, etc... (Mall crawling). When I really want to give the truck a workout , I go to the local HD...
