I was given a whole bunch of speakers recently. The worst of them were these Bose 201 Series IIs. The cabinets are kind of beat up and, well, they're Boses.

I also had some mounts that I bought for a set of Paradigms that I decided on a different use for. Decided to use the mounts for the Boses instead. I think they'll work out fantastically under my pergola. I plan on burying some speaker wire so I can power them off the amplifier in my garage. The wire hanging is just there to try them.

 

In my desire to strike while the irons hot so to speak, "wife is ok with me buying a bike" and being cheap, I have been trying to figure out how to do this with a few grand, or getting a deal so good a loan makes financial sense.

I'm finally on Vacation this week and I'm on Martha's Vineyard until Saturday.

I normally buy a year pass for the week to get several days on South Beach ($60day,$140Yr) but the weather, timing and pricing made more sense just to get a a day pass this year.

Already heard from work and hopefully that's the end of that.

I'll just read and chill and beach, weather permitting.

It was very windy but, it was the beach, above 70 with full Sun .

Contact him and ask to meet or see it and, when the excuses start, you'll know it's a scam. Here are good deals out there but, if it really seems outrageous, it usually is. That being said, $2k is about what I'd pay for an 11 year old Harley

 

Honestly, I wasn't looking for a Harley, just seems priced below value from what I can tell

 

What's blue book value on it? He might not be far off. Used bikes aren't selling well this year.

 

Yeah... sounds about too good to be true. You can contact him and see what they say, who knows, might just want to get rid of it quickly. My guess would be its BS though.

 

Sent a message earlier asking if still had bike and any more photos, nothing yet. But if it's real, I think I'm on it, ride it, if I don't like it I should be able to get my money back.

 

Good machine shop in the prov Fall River or new Bedford area? Need to resurface my flywheel

 

I go to my local Carquest. But look for an automotive shop probably, otherwise you'll need to find one the mostly works with manual machines
