    I usually make it during the winter, when it's dark out before I even get out of work. Doesn't really matter if it takes an hour to make it; I can't do anything outside anyway. So I'll pull up an episode of Top Gear or something on the firestick and cook some carbs. :notsure:

    As far as boxed stuff, Annie's is pretty good. Trader Joes has some decent stuff also.

    My wife makes home made mac and cheese. It's awesome! She coats it with a Ritz cracker crumble and it's amazing.

    A buddy of mine is both. His mac & cheese substitute is definitely pity-worthy. And horrible. Rice-based noodles, some sort of weird dairy-free cheese and almond milk, with a crapton of other ingredients to try to fix the weird texture and flavor issues.
