    Funny, I actually picked up about 10 pallets from my brother's old house yesterday. He moved and tried to stick them with the new owners, she wasn't having it. I stuck them in my garage for now. I'll have to take a closer look and see how good of shape they are in. Thanks for the tip!

    I also came very close to hitting a 10 point buck last night right down the road from my house. Ran across the road probably 20 ft in front of me.

    I make all sorts of things out of pallet wood. If you have 10 of them you definitly have plenty of salvageable wood to build whatever you think you might want. Worst part of the job is breaking them down. Just get a few good quality saw blades for a reciprocating saw and go to town.
    I've made signs, furniture, wine racks, art, frames and even wrapped my kitchen island with it. I'm convinced that's what helped to sell the house a few months ago. Best of luck! I hope you take a crack at it.
