    Absolutely jelly! congrats! I told the wife next big thing is either add a garage or buy a house with a garage. First we will finish the basement. Was hoping the flooring we wanted was going on sale but it didn't so we will wait until a good coupon comes along or it goes on sale. Then some cabinets, furniture, tv, surround sound system (walls already wired for it), half bath, etc.
