    I think work is skipping year end bonuses, quietly and sweeping it under the rug. They gave them out last year the day before Thanksgiving for Black Friday shopping and what not, haven't seen any other money other than my normal weekly check.

    Also waiting for my $1.50 raise I was promised. Got a $1.50 back in July with promise of another $1.50 cause they undercut me so badly when they hired me (hourly pay cut, yearly increase), and realized I wasn't lying on my resume and could actually do something.

    I know, I know...

    I drove a lot of F-150's but the 17's were picked really clean and they have a fucked up way of doing their packages. Mainly that if you want anything other than the suicide doors (I wanted real doors in the back, a true double cab- but still a 6' bed) it put me into a $45k truck when paired with the good motor. It was a nice truck, and I almost bought it, but I got a screaming deal on this '17 Sierra. It's loaded pretty good and it was $14k off. It was a demo unit with less than 1600 miles on it. And they gave me stupid money for my Tacoma. The MSRP on the GMC was $49,500 and with my trade and all the incentives I am paying $24,700 for it. If I don't like it I can't see being upside down on it ever.

    Other than the unimpressive exhaust noises I actually really like my bitty little V6. Power delivery is awesome, and even with the more aggressive 6 ply tires I put on and winter blend gas I'm still averaging 18-19mpg's


    The big downside of driving a GMC is that now you're going to be hearing Eminence Front whenever you drive anywhere in it :laugh:
