Depends on what you're buying, though. Usually the price per unit is cheaper that way, and things like TP or Paper towels don't go bad, so why not buy bulk? Dry goods like flour, sugar, rice, beans, pasta, etc. are the same way; keep the bugs out of them (and keep them cool & dry) and they're good for a long time.

 

Now think about how many of those idiots already have guns and carry them and rethink the constitutional carry idea. Background checks aren't checking for a minimum IQ.

That's very true. Anything I saw was gone before I could even look at it.

Florida is also quite low if I remember. Maybe $9 or so? But everything in that town is either a tar paper shack or beautiful half million dollar log home on the mountain, nothing in between.

I'm in Clarksburg now, which has almost no business and essentially pays into three school systems so the rate isn't great, but at least it isn't as high as towns like Lanesboro or Adams. I refused to look at anything in those towns because the rates were so high. I think Adams is up over $22 now, among the highest in the state.

 

Williams Town is pretty high as well, and they also added a "view tax" to. So if they feel like you have a nice view they add an additional tax to it

Same here. I can carry in Maine or NH, but not in VT, MA, CT, or NY. Then as soon as I hit PA I'm legal again. Stupid.

 

The people there may not care. I won't use any adjectives for them other than "unique".

I think our concept of a background check varies... Last background check I had was not only just a standard background check but also referenced based, they contacted my neighbors, I had a drug test and they spoke with my current and past employers. But then again that was for my job which if you want a gun I would say the same should apply sans the Marijuana drug tests.

But then again at the same time I'm also for natural selection so... Maybe it is the answer.

I concur. Another thing to look into it you Amazon prime is subscribe and save. If you subscribe to order 5 or more items every month you get 15% off. We do diapers, ass wipes, some kids snacks, ass cream, tp, paper towels, paper plates etc... It all arrives around the 15th of the month. We typically buy bulk packs so for stuff like tp and paper towels we have 1 delivered one month and the other the next. You can set up to get things anywhere from monthly to like yearly iirc, just so long as you have 5+ subscribe and save items delivered a month you 15%. Plus there's digital coupons on there too.

 

WGET is a command line tool to download files off a remote server, with some options to download all subfolders, pace the downloads, filter, etc.
