GM charges $250 for that POS plastic piece?? would maybe make sense if it was a quality piece but the shit they used for interiors is on par with cheap Chinese knock-off toy plastic.

A Metra is $209, some vendors have made ones that match the color/grain of the factory piece better and charge $250. The GM piece would need to be fully cut up and pieces of plastic spliced in for it to work.

Let’s not discuss the quality of GM interiors and/or the noises the plastics made when they rub together.

I drove a 2003 s10 before i got my taco and we have a 2004 monte carlo ss as a spare vehicle, they suck. my grandmother had an 2003 deville which wasn't awful. My dad drives a 2004 Sierra too and its okay but not great. Early-mid 00's GM sucks!

I have a Stihl 026 that's probably almost as old as I am. It's a great saw. Starts no problem any time I need it, plenty of power, and the 18" bar is a good size for everyday use.

 

I'll let you know--realized you're a haul from here (isn't everyone?). I have to figure out if I want to hunt for a snowblower attachment, make a plow work, or do nothing.
