New England B.S. Thread

I've kept in touch with the people I want to keep in touch with, but other than that I haven't really made an effort to talk to anyone else. Might be interesting to see what happened to the eye candy

 

They'll be fat.
Overwhelming majority of the eye candy from my graduating class got stung by bees, apparently. Same thing with the jocks.

 

All boys school for me, so going just for that isn't an option for me

Of course not, I could give a shit who is into what. Just not for me, and I think my wife might be upset at this point haha.

 

Meh. There's going to be a few caterpillars that have metamorphed into butterflies, though. A couple of the girls that were fairly average in school are drop-dead gorgeous now, so they make up for the ones who have sort of 'let themselves go'

Whatever you do, don't watch Grosse Pointe Blank before you go. It won't be anything like that.

 

When I was looking for houses 20 years ago, one of the realtors was a girl who was in my class.
At that time she was a smoking hot Ginger.
20 years later, she looked like she got into a rock fight and lost.

 

Well for anyone that has met me or seen pics of me, they would totally understand why lol

Um yeah! That's an understatement!

 

I can walk into a place and see 3 people i know from high school and choose whether i want to talk to them or not

 

What do you look like now?

I don't really look anything like I did when I graduated. More muscle mass, more lines, and a lot less hair up top.

 

Let's see if I can find a semi recent pic. I'm about 80lbs heavier now and have facial hair and did something with the hair on my head. Shorter beard now though

 

I graduated in 1966--last century . I haven't been to any of the class reunions . If these people couldn't /wouldn't talk to me in high school because I didn't fit their social click I don't need it now.
I do know that the people that were on the favored list who were expected to excel in this or that didn't but people who kept to themselves busted there ass's are in better shape overall and have exceeded the people where only concerned with the social standing.

I'm in a similar boat, but I went from 125 soaking wet with my pockets full of bricks in high school to probably 160-165 now. Didn't pick up any height after I graduated, unfortunately.

Edit- Found this stupid one on my phone from a couple weeks ago. Showing the GF how badly I needed a haircut. If it's long enough for a mohawk, I'm LONG overdue. Don't know how I tolerated long hair in high school.

What are you doing on the internet?

 

I got a lot of flack for not doing the "go away for four years, accumulate debt equivalent to a mortgage, never come back" thing. I was told at every opportunity that I was making a mistake.

From what I'm seeing the people who got more a BS or MS AND had a very strong work ethic are doing really great. Those of us who didn't take the four year path but are very career driven are still doing very well. The ones who thought a four year degree and being anywhere but here were the only things necessary for a sure path to success are the ones in little apartments struggling to make their student loan payments.

 

I was similar, I was 6 ft tall and weighed only 125 lbs when I was a senior now I'm the same height and weigh 240 lbs
