I miss having a basic phone, really. Charge it once a week, make a call by pushing buttons...it was great.

 

Old-timer...barely but yeah, here's my film/digital side by side. Freshman year of college ('95-96), 165lbs, scrawny, baby-faced / last September, 240lbs, the six-pack is hidden behind the keg, still baby-faced but hiding it with a beard and lost enough up top to say "F it" and shaved it all off.

 

Graduated in 92, haven't gone to any high school functions since.

And wish I never got an IPhone, had the Rugby phone and it was awesome.

 

Also just a side note, there were tornados on Tuesday

Some of us who were assholes in high school aren't assholes anymore! Might be worth your while to just see those few people again, and even if someone does make a snide comment...who cares? A saying I like is "what you eat, doesn't make me shit" . Adults making fun of other adults are 99% of the time trying to cover up some serious issues they have with their own lives. Adults who are happy have better things to do.

'85 grad here as well. It's amusing when I think about me having clothes older than some of the guys I know.

 

Those folks had their chance, they don't deserve my time to go see if they changed. FUCK THAT.

Now, if they changed and want to make amends, find me and make things right. I'm not using my time to see, they can use their time to prove it.

I'm not bitter at all, you know high school was such a great FUCKING time.

I was 5'10" and 215lbs in high school and now I'm 5'9" and 265lbs...

 

Believe me, I didn't care what people said about me then and I've loosened up even more now. I'm more along the lines of what @Spare Parts was getting at, if I didn't like you then, I don't want to see you know. I did run into one of the d-bags I went to HS with at a bar. When we were in school, we wouldn't piss on the other if they were on fire and he came up to me all buddy-buddy, hey, what's up, how are you? Maybe he did change, the world may never know, I'm just not into the fake 'we should talk because we knew each other 15 years ago'. There are a few people I really would like to see, the few that I was friends with and grew apart from over the years. Aside from those though, bah humbug!

I was up to 190# when I was plump a few years ago, but starting to eat better and a year and a half of fitness cult have done wonders
