My old neighbor loved to bow hunt and had problems with raccoons and skunks always finding ways to get into his trash so he invested in small game tips if u hit them right silent and effective!!

 

You ever use .22 quiet rounds? I used to when I lived further south, but in Henniker I could shoot a 50 if I wanted to. Or could afford to. The quiet rounds were less noise than a pellet gun.

 

Meh. I keep the .22 loaded with subsonics that make around the same noise as my pellet gun. You have to work the slide manually after each shot, but it's easier than learning how to shoot a bow and hit a target in the dark while also holding a flashlight

See above, lol. Both my squirrel rifle and the 22 pistol I use for pest control are loaded with the subsonic stuff. The rifle with 22 long, and the pistol with plain subsonic 22lr, Remington CBee, because it won't feed 22 long's correctly.

Pretty sure hers are all ultrasonic.

Damned if I know. I came ready-equipped with a sticky-out bit already hooked up, so I've never needed to shop the aftermarket.

 

I’ve seen those .22s never shot’em tho.

 

They work fine for 'up close' work but don't try to push them out too far. I limit my use with them to inside of 75 feet.

The mail where I am now is ridiculously unreliable. The town sent excise bills two weeks ago. I have yet to receive one. I'm glad I emailed and asked for it that way. In the past I've received a check that was postmarked three full weeks before I got it. I've received property tax bills weeks after they were issued, and routinely go a week with no mail then have a box full eventually. It doesn't make sense.

Waiting on a replacement card now for one that had fraudulent charges on it. It's been a week--when will I see it? Who knows.

 

Who wants to buy my barely used kb voodoo DVDB bedside caps, tailgate cap, and I'll throw in free hi rise cross bars still new in box? $250 obo in central CT

Morning all. Up on OGT drinking coffee and doing literally nothing. Just finished eating some home made cinnamon buns and getting the diabetes.

 

Gotta be careful about the glaze they put on them in that area...
