Thanks it's really nice heading up to Gorham tomorrow to rent some RZR 1000 for half a day that should be fun

 

Did some burning yesterday, just cleaning up slash from from some of the nuisance trees I've dropped this year around the property.



Problem was, I burned so much that I had a pile of coals that was as deep as the burn pan.


So I broke out the redneck drill (a mattock) and poked some ventilation holes to help with airflow, so the coals would break down faster.



Then it was back to stacking and burning!


Still got less than half of the pile burned before I ran out of room again, though.

 

In about 2 weeks, put a coat of wax on it.

Full size Ford mod???

 

I think he should get one of the GM twins, that way @jethro has someone to talk to.

You still have @guitarjamman and Erik with his go fast Mopar. If you count the Jeeps, you have plenty of company.

 

This is true. I meant with Ram as their own brand, but if you include the rest of the FCA umbrella then I'm not alone.

 

I want to see what Toyota does to eventually update the Tundra. By then I'll probably want to replace the F-150. I couldn't get an '18 mostly due to the 7 MPG hit I'd have taken, also wanted some of the options the Ford had that I couldn't get on a Tundra.

 

I like to internet window-shop full sized trucks and it seems Toyota likes to rest on its laurels when it comes to trucks. The current Tundra is how old now? They're almost as bad as Nissan.

I like to lump all the Fiats into one lot.

 

My DCSB gets the same MPG I'd get with a Tundra so it's not terrible difference. I got like 15 mpg on Saturday on a tank doing all highway.

The current Tundra is only 4 years old. The 5.7 has been around since 2007, but the interior, nose, ass end, and smaller v8 option were upgraded. 2014 was the first year of the current 3rd generation Tundra

 

Wow! I got 20-21 highway with my Tacoma, 24-25 with the F-150.

 

I didn't realize 2014+ was a new generation. They still seem very similar, like it was more of a facelift/refinement.
