If we are talking about the same spot, called deep hole, just N° of Duttons island, people get some.big trout and landlock salmon there, mostly by trolling. I have only fished there a handful of times. The lake is generally pretty choppy so I stick to coves and the rivers instead of open water, only 14". If you're looking for a close out in to get to that spot, you can get close via the logging road to tyler cove. Short downhill walk to the cove of you dont mind carrying canoe that far

Not here, at least not yet. It was almost 80 when I left for work and sticky. Hopefully the rain comes in soon and cools things off.

No Jeeps don't come with those light bars from the factory. They do have all LED's but not bars

It's amazing that everyone in my apartment building gets along and we're usually quiet, yet in the identical building 30 feet away on the same property, it's like watching the Jerry Springer show.

I hunted off that road for over 20 years. Big woods.
FYI, The NFS sign for Kelly Stand isn't at the real Kelly Stand.
It's a couple miles towards Manchester and the logging job was quite a ways in.
I used to go back 7 beaver ponds. All I know it was a long way in.
    Love those woods in there.
