Even after polishing and removing the haze you will want to hit them with a protective clearcoat or something.. this is what I have used in the past... not sure how long it lasts because I sold the car about 8 months later. I'll be doing the headlights on my truck this spring when I swap out with my new headlights going in. Just dropped 80$ on depo blacked out OEM style headlights... and then another 100$ to get them XPel'd clearbra'd to see how well it lasts off road. It was an experimental investment haha.

Hey hey.. I go through too many headlights to have nice things on the truck. I keep cracking them on branches or well one time was a shopping cart.. another time may or may not have been a turkey or something feathered...

I'd rather spend the 100$ for a pair of headlights every year than to buy those things.

Can't wait to see the final results! Since those are stock headlights though, I'm not sure why you have that weird beam pattern from your previous post. Polish them up and see if it gets better, but it almost looks as though you have a loose bulb or that little reflector thing that covers the bulb inside the headlight is loose or something. Not a lot of ways a reflector housing can produce weird beam patterns, not like projectors.

I saw a truck carrying a load of new Tacomas and Tundras today. Couldn't get a picture, but one of the new Tacomas had a snorkel. Did Toyota actually add a factory snorkel option?

On an unrelated note, picked up a few things for beard maintenance. I've been using the Honest Amish and just picked up the HD version, along with the fancy wooden comb. The beard oil is something I picked up at a crunchy fall festival in Maine. It does work fairly well and intend to use it when the air gets really dry.
