Sweet I'm going to need some practice if I pass, driving while learning how to use will end up with me going driver instead of passenger:rofl:

Nope. All the questions are from the same pool of questions for a gazillion years.

Hammer each section and you’ll get it drilled into your head.

If @Grand dude can do it, you can too.

I need to borrow someone's photographic memory...
I should be ok I just hate taking tests.
I'd rather learn off of doing, I Excel much faster this way.

The electrical questions are based on Ohm’s Law. Memorize the one equation and you’ll likely have an automatic 4-6 points.

    To find the Voltage, ( V )
    [ V = I x R ] V (volts) = I (amps) x R (Ω)

    To find the Current, ( I )
    [ I = V ÷ R ] I (amps) = V (volts) ÷ R (Ω)

    To find the Resistance, ( R )
    [ R = V ÷ I ] R (Ω) = V (volts) ÷ I (amps)

So they can only take so many questions from each category. So if you have a weakness, it's not like they can take 20 questions from there. They take 1 question from each section

@Skierrichy @Chasespeed these guys @gixxerphil @medic2230 and @Kheiron took the test recently and killed it. I'm sure they have good tips too. I personally like the app. Just do one small section at a time. Section tests. Study only the right answer. And remember you're ot supposed to know any of this yet

How long do you have to take the test?
I find it easier to move past a question and return to it later. Pretty effective

I don't know if there's a time limit. The test is 35 questions. Multiple guess.

Good to hear! Hopefully they stay that way, I really like the tire for the price when they don't have your whole truck wobbling!

    Good morning all, happy Saturday.

Really can't beat the radio for the price. I went with a Baofeng BF-F8HP because it's advertised as 8watts. Easily hits the repeaters around me with the mag mount antenna. Just know that the rubber ducky antenna that comes with the radio is junk. Throw it away and use either the mag mount or a true 1/4 wave on the radio.

I also used the same app for my tech license and then used hamtestonline for my general. I'll also use this for my extra class upgrade when I get around to it.
