I just changed the oil and filter on my 3rd gen for my first time.
I'd like to slap the engineer that decided that the 60's 350 chevy canister oil filters was a good idea to duplicate.:annoyed:

I lose a few to them, but the dogs keep them in check, while we're home at least.

May have to do this. I have a good tree for it. How long does it take for the birds to find the oranges?

So sometime over the last couple days my neighbor has turned his house into a taco convention. I think he got a new (to him) with a CVT on top. Then a couple more were in the driveway getting ready for a fire. Don't think he is on here, but who knows about the others.

Gonna go introduce myself when I move in, he welds as well and apparently is pretty good from what a few others in town have told me. He rents though, so not sure how long he will stick around. His old truck was a work truck that was a huge diesel that was loud as hell and I don't think ever saw any DEF. Loved it because it was louder than us and could take some heat off us from the neighbors

For the amount I'd need, I'm not sure rubber mulch is cost effective. A quick search shows a bulk company would be $30-31 a cubic yard prior to shipping (it would be a 2,000 pound sack). Bulk mulch at Lowes is 75 cubic feet for $780 which is only equivalent to under 3 cubic yards. I buy 15 yards and don't even finish my whole yard.

I'm going to bring in a landscape company in a year or two to reduce the size of my back yard thing and give me some tips on how best make it low maintenance. I went through and replaced some of the areas with stone over the past two years which is super low maintenance, but I don't want to overdo it either.

True, it is more costly. I only did about 2-3 feet out from the front of my house. No way I'll ever put regular mulch close to the foundation though.
