    So finally finished camp coverage for the week (right before starting my final one this weekend before the real work starts) and boom...dead truck after sitting for the week. Nothing left on, started up with a jump but the moment I turned it off after over an hour of run time/driving couldn't even get it to turn over again in my driveway, no dash lights either. Usually means dead/bad battery right? I know it's not the alternator, dealt with a dying alternator in my last ride so I know those symptoms haha Anyone has issues with batteries from O'Reilly's/Napa/Advance? probably pick one up in the AM......Also, @BadDNA, pretty sure I saw you in my neck of the woods in Ashland/Holderness last weekend before I hit the road, rig was a beauty in my rearview!

    Yeah that was my assumption. Don't know exact age of the thing but the battery hasn't showed real signs of age til this so it's probably time. If it's original than it's a 6+ year old OEM

    check voltage at batt.. if it's below 12.11v its likely trashed, or bad cell, check when running (jump it if you have to), and rev to 2500RPM or so to start the field.. check voltage.. if it's over 14v at the posts, your alternator is working fine.. the battery needs replacement.. also check that the battery terminals are clean, and that the wires are not corroded at the ends. if you really question it, take the battery to Autozone or any decent shop, and they can load test it in 3 minutes or less... if they have a BOSCH battery test tool they can also do a load test on the battery after running a basic test to be sure the alternator is functioning as it should...

    I just replaced my original battery, same symptoms. It worked fine, then I was gone for a week, then nothing...I replaced it with an Interstate.

    @m603holden Good luck today!!! After doing 80 or so weddings my best advice is to relax and enjoy it! Little things that seem big in the moment won't matter 10 minutes later when you move on to the next photo, or part of the wedding.

    Drink water not beers before as well! Maybe one or two to calm the nerves, but you will last longer, remember and enjoy more, if you wait until after the ceremony to start drinking heavy.
    Congratulations!!! :hattip::thumbsup:
