    Congrats!
What about the bed rust you were worried about? Just going to fluid film it and cross your fingers? Or have it cut out and repaired?

Congratulations. Just when the first is starting to get pretty independent, BAM! A giant kick in dick. Good times.

Speaking of another kick in the balls, while not as intensive as another freshly popped out giblet , tomorrow I'm picking up our newest addition to the family.Screenshot_20190921-104311_Chrome.jpg
It's been just about a year since our last dog passed, and we said we'd not get another for a while since we have 2 giblets and work is crazy. But the inlaws decided to get a new dog after theirs passed about a month ago unexpectedly from cancer. They are getting a male from the litter and there was one female left, so being responsible adults we figured it was a good choice to get her. You know, so they're not sad to be separated and can visit each other....

The bed is line-x'd, doesn't have any apparent holes, however from the wheel well you can see it if you REALLY try. I'm going to try to trim whatever cancer is there, then POR15 it and hope for the best. Worst case scenario, we have a body shop here. I can have it professionally fixed.

I also want to add wheel well liners... IDK why those are freaking optional...

    Oh my goodness they're adorable!

I'm on the fence with the wheel liners. They'll keep a lot of stuff out, but they'll also hold dirt against the body/frame and trap moisture. Maybe fluid film it and then get the wheel liners?

That's definitely true. I just worry about a disgusting amount of salt. The frame and body are in surprisingly great condition for 8 years of New England.

I'll probably end up using NH Oil Undercoating on it, get it nice and protected after I search for rust.

fella I built it for didn’t want, or need a tow hitch, but future iterations could. Very easily.

Nah, waiting for the guy I sold it to to come pick it up. The plywood I recycled and am building a shedrow off the side of my little barn area out back.

Thanks. Hopefully she's a good Wheeling/ camping partner like my last dog was. Plus the kids are going to freak out since it's a surprise.
