Gonna be 3 inches plus of rain, wind gusts up to 42 miles per hour here over night. We haven't had a storm even predicted to be half this big all year from what I can remember. Bye bye to all the leaves, sucks for our couple this weekend because before this morning the hills were still looking halfway decent.

Mowed and weed whacked everything along with some leaf blowing this morning to make sure that's all set before its too wet and I'm just spinning tires out there Friday.

Similar scenario here, but they're calling for gusts around 60mph. Should be fun; lots of clogged drains and power outages usually go along with a storm like this.

Yeah I'm dreading going around the trails after and clearing all the downed trees. Hoping we don't loose power for too long, we are right along a rural highway, and they keep all the poles in pretty good shape, recently changed out a lot to the new taller ones. That seems to have made a big difference as to how often we lose power.

As opposed to say living on a dead-end road with like 12 houses on it...

We're off of a state road that gets restored pretty quickly, but traditionally when we lose power at this house, it's usually out for a while.

Yep, I'm dreading this because I go in for surgery tomorrow. I'm really hoping nothing happens, no major trees come down or anything. You're right though, all the leaves will be down and I'm not going to be in a position to clean them up for a while unfortunately.

Hernia repair, sucks getting old. Beat the hell out of my body when I was young and am paying for it now.
Well... I usually do it myself so you’re hired at 15% less than free :D

I should be back on my feet in a week and can take care of it. Plus, it’s about time my 6 year old can help me out with it a little.

Oh, hernia, just don't push yourself until you're fully healed. I had one when I was a kid, and I know I didn't wait long enough to heal, I just hope it didn't screw anything up.

Made it through without power loses. Down the road where they have the old poles are out!

First thing to do when I get a car is pull all the stickers off. I don't understand the need to tell people what trim level I have, and they usually take away from how great the vehicle looks IMO. I also think the raptor, and all trdpro's look better without all the stickers everywhere. Some of the stickers I like, like the hood ones (plus kills the glare from T4R hood which kills me in my wifes OR) but I don't like the bed stickers at all.
That little bastard hasn't been clockin' in for a few years yet!?! Jeez, kids are getting lazy these days :rofl:
