Definitely they are. Independent suspension all around and the v6 accord engine( which is pretty decent).

They are just not as rugged as a taco. Not that it's a bad thing, for the majority of people it's perfect for light duty homeowner type stuff. But It's basically a crossover with a bed, which is a slightly lifted car.

 

Anyone who's owned a Honda has to respect what they are, perfectly acceptable, very reliable and intensely boring vehicles. My first street bike was a Honda, it ran like a sewing machine. It was very good at everything and the most vanilla machine I have ever owned. Perfect basic transportation but did nothing to stir the soul. Reliable enough to ride across the country and back but why would you want to ride it any further than you absolutely had to?

 

Hey now, I love my Honda bikes

 

Drove an 02 Civic for a little bit, nothing crazy. Also drove an 04 Odyssey as well. Had a hole in the muffler, sounded loud and fast, but was slow and got me from A to B, good enough.
