Nothing like some crisp fresh air when it's about 10 degrees out and the sun is shining.

I am learning to love the winter again after living in NC for a while. Its tough and layering sucks when trying to work, but out here in the country its pretty damn beautiful some times

Cities in the winter however :poking:

Did a bunch of work on the Subaru, and saved me a bunch of cabbage.

Almost needed body work before we got it home last night. Deer ran into the back of it on the way home. I saw it, stopped waited for it to get off the side of the road, wife came up behind me and stopped. I took off, she started and he came running back out. No damage, thankfully

Well I'm annoyed and happy....My wife has a 2017 crosstrek. Dealer told her brakes need to be done. It's hard to see the pads through the caliper so I bought all the stuff...I open the caliper today and see 7mm+ of brake pad left..WTF? How do they put that as "red" on their inspection. They charge over $1,000 for a brake job...Glad I'm doing it myself. Time to put all the parts away for next year. Back me up here...These pads are fine right?

Toyota of Dartmouth did that to my best friend with his wife's T4R. He tore it all apart to find the pads had plenty of meat left. He wasn't amused.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
X2. What does the face of the rotors look like? Are they shaking/vibrating while you are braking?

I got the upsell 2 weeks ago. While the passenger side had just started to expose the rivets on the pad, the driver's side was fine..they made it sound like it was 10 minutes away from disaster.

STILL don't have my reply from the RMV either..grrrr
