The tech put mine through a series of tests like to make sure it was reading that there was a flame and that the controller was in fact misreading the signals.

Ya that is what the gas guys used to do but the gas company got rid of their service guys and went with the independent guys and he didnt have a clue. When he showed up last time he couldnt use his meter cause it was "cold"

Yikes, that sucks. I'm using Medway Oil, their techs have been great. On Christmas Eve, they showed up to my house in 3 hours and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under an hour.

Ya the gas company just changed over and they got rid of the service dept cause they were union according to the guy that came last time. They relocated them to western mass or demoted them to meter installer or layed off all three come with less pay and more bullshit for the cust

Check the prover tube if you have a power vent. Mine clogs all the time and needs to be cleaned. The module that controlled it just had to be replaced on mine, seems to help

Bad pictures but I'll take some output shots when no one is on the road. It's snowing pretty heavy up here and it's hard to tell light output at the moment

Well the bride lit up the gas company cause they wanted to send the same guy out. He called and was very disrespectful, condesending and sexist towards her. I tried to grab the phone from her cause I could hear him like he was in the room with us. I just spent some time in front of the thing and I think I got it. The ignitor was cocked and I was getting a flashing green light which signifies a weak flame signal. I adjusted the ignitor cleaned the flame sensor and turned it back on. I will try to pick up a flame sensor to have just in case

My parents are on vacation, I'm so tempted to take my moms new mustang for a spin. Probably not a good idea in the snow though.
