I've been hoping for some rain. My lawn of weeds needs some water... They're starting to die.

 

My clover lawn is still green and soft, and flowering like mad.
The grass lawn at work is like walking on a brillo pad, though.

 

Same - glad I went with some clover! There's some spots that need some attention this fall in the front though.

 

I've been doing the big trips every 2-1/2 weeks, she'll do the small trips in between for the things that go bad quicker. Works out perfectly since I'd rather not go very often now, so if I go I want it to be a worthwhile trip.

 

Weirdly, my Stop and Shop has gone in the other direction. They used to have giant arrows on every aisle and even one way through the produce, which was a difficult spot to follow it. They eliminated all the arrows in the produce section and replaced the giant red ones with smaller outlined ones for the other aisles.

Probably less of an issue in my area to begin with, though. That store has never really been busy in comparison to Pittsfield--the population is lower in the northern half of the county.

 

Call me an asshole, but I don't follow those arrows. I'd say 70% of people don't follow them either. It won't help things. You still end up having to pass people in the isles, you have the main isles in the front/back that have no direction. Too much path-crossing to be able to help anything at all.

When you're too short for the hood struts

 

I have to do the same thing with the F250. On my tip toes, I can barely grab the hood latch loop

After seeing the custom land cruiser snorkel on third gen tacoma, I can't unsee it. I now know there doesn't need to be an elephant dong hanging off the side of the truck in order to have a snorkel.

 

Oh jeez, I'm not quite there on mine. I did think about putting a tether on the hood loop but wouldn't want it to work it's way into the fan or somewhere else it shouldn't be.

 

Maybe it's a company car?

 

And are wearing flats for the first time ever.

 

My money is on Rebecca, and I speak from experience b/c my wife is part Asian but nowhere near the percentage of Rebecca.

Same here, I'd rather she never go due to being high risk on a couple of levels. Before this got insane we loaded up on non-perishable stuff and used our camping dry boxes to store the extra that wouldn't fit in the cabinets.

 

how DARE you! that's a malibu hybrid!

it's my company car and since i couldn't work in the field, i just put it up and out of the way.

i moved the bmw and t4r to get it out, find out it's dead. move the bmw to turn the truck around to jump the malibu, turn the truck back and put the bmw back behind the truck. get back to the malibu and the stupid hybrid auto shut off thing had turned the car off. slapped the trickle charger on it and will try again tomorrow...

 

Still a Chevy unfortunately...

How long was it sitting? Is it the fact it's a hybrid making it more prone to draining, I never owned one.
