Yep. Now you can understand how I ended up in VA right out of school... The guy knew how to recruit. He flew us down in January for an interview at their office in VA. It was -10 when we left Potsdam and 40 when we arrived in Richmond. I accepted the offer and when we start regularly hitting triple digits and high humidity, I knew the mistake I had made. That said, on average VA gets something like 330 days of sun a year, the motorcycle riding season was incredibly long and lots of awesome places to ride, I was 2 hours to VA beach, 2 hours to the mountains and 3 hours to OBX. There are things I do miss about living down there but temperature-wise, I'd date Potsdam over VA any day!

I died my first 2-3 years down south. Last 3, if it were under 80 in the morning I had pants and long sleeves on walking the dogs :anonymous:

Been up here again for almost 5 years, I'd say last year I was finally back in full "winter man" mode and enjoyed the cold air again.

Looks 1,000x better than Toyota’s crap ass design but also doesn’t solve the issue of the bolt in bolt thing. I wish something like this existed when I had my Tacoma.

The UCA work great. I love mine. But that bushing design is dope. Just pump and purge

Oh, I misread, I thought those were for the LCA. Never mind, carry on, nothing to see here...

For those that eBay, I just used the promo code HAPPY25, which is $25.00 off $25.01 or more (on one item). I got a seat track repair kit for my Vette for $0.99.

I don’t know if it will work for everyone, but it’s worth a shot.

Got the clear coat on the light bar today

Put the end caps in when the paint was still wet so hopefully they bond a bit and keep water out better

Used this stuff for the clear. Full respirator, don’t mess around with this stuff without an actual respirator. It has some really nasty stuff in it.

Also, did one of my favorite mods to the truck, got my flag decals applied :oldglory:

This is my first go with it, we’ll see how it holds up. I was a little worried it would lift the Rustoleum but everything stayed in tact. It did get a little dust in the clear because I did it outside today and it was windy but you have to get really close to notice. I’m hoping it holds up well on the front of the truck.
