A safety factor less than 1 means it fails before the rated capacity. If it’s rated at 66lbs and fails at 100lbs, that’s a 1.5x safety factor.

They bumped it down a bit since last night. *Maybe* 5-6" at my locale.
Just started snowing a few minutes ago. Should be finished 4-5ish.

Another storm swinging mostly South of us. We're supposed to get like 2-5" tonight, I think. Looks like Tuesday's storm will be a bust, too. Maybe Friday, which might be somewhat inconvenient since my buddy and I are supposed to head North for our camping trip Friday PM. Wouldn't be a big deal for me and him (I have a friend I can call to cover my plowing accounts), but his wife is also planning on driving up with their kids to make a visit to her family in Greenbush.

Tuesday's festivities may be only wet slop down here on the coast. Friday may be another story, too far out and the weather guy was waffling a bit.
I just need good weather next Sunday, as I have to go to JFK in New Yorkistan for a pickup.

Very disappointed in the downgrade of the storm. NOAA said a foot last night, we’re down to 4-6” now. At least it looks like it will be done early enough today to clean up and not have to deal with it in the morning. Apparently there’s some football thing going on today. Haven’t watched a game all season. Go sports! I just hope both teams have fun. I wouldn’t mind seeing Brady get another ring, start filling out his other hand but, end of the day, couldn’t care less who wins.

There is a guy from N Attleboro on the Chiefs too. I'm still rooting for Brady & Gronk though.

On a somewhat related subject, what kind of spread does everyone have for the Superbowl? I just put on a pulled pork and my wife will be making homemade mac & cheese along with all the snacks!

I might be giving these away. I picked up a set of snow tires on 16” rims from a coworker who bought a Tundra.. If I get these refinished then I would need to by new snow tires as mine are 17”. That would be something costly to me ATM .

The Chiefs are going to stop the Brady train today.

I really don’t care, probably won’t watch, haven’t watched a game this season, why start now.

I could possibly use some advice on a moderate upgrade on my stock stereo. Head , speakers and maybe an amp to stow under my seat or something. Went into Best Buy for a HDMI cable and wandered over to audio. Thinking a Bluetooth/ CD . Yes , I have cds

I watched only one game because my brothers were . Didn’t care all season. Sports are not the same to me this year ( don’t think I’m alone) . Would rather watch a spelling bee

Crab dip, mac n cheese, Swedish meatballs, deviled eggs and nachos. Don’t care about the game but won’t miss the opportunity to get some good eats!

Made a Azorean style pork and bean dish last night that I will have today. In a bit, I am doing Shrimp Mozambique. So kind of a Portuguese spread at the moment but may make some grilled cheese too. Obviously got some chips and salsa too.

    Those wheels 16" or 17"?
    If they're 17's I think I buy 245 70R17 to maintain my 245 75R16 odometer on the steel wheels...

got these for $250 . If I had the money I would refinish the old rims and put new tires , but that’s looking at $1300 . My manager/ wife won’t have that even though I make enough to do it . So ..... should I decide to rid of they will be up for grabs
