When I had my Tacoma Tundra done in 2008 at the place in Dedham, they sprayed over the bolts. Luckily, I never had a problem in the 13 years I owned that truck. My first Tundra and my son's 2000 Taco were done at a place in Taunton that's now out of business. They did a cleaner job of removing the bed bolts, tailgate inner panel screws, etc.

Unfortunately, the place in Taunton did only Rhino Liner and when the recession hit, they closed.

The place in Dedham was a body shop and did the Rhino Liner as a side line. I think it was the Maaco on River Street, so there's that.

Anyway, after looking at both, I went with Rhino Liner. The thing that I think was the tie breaker was that Rhino Liner was grippier than LineX so stuff didn't slide around.

Well, two kennels in town we are the big one!

The other 6 trees showed up around 11:30, not what I wanted to do, but it’s done and over, 14 trees planted this weekend. Way more killed to make way for them, but most were half dead due to the vines anyways.

Same..though I'd go south definitely, IDK about Florida but I'd not be opposed to it.

As my dad says, the problem with HOAs is the people on the board (especially in a senior place like my parents are in) have no life and want to feel important so they get on the board and like to nitpick.

The problem with an HOA is how empowered they are. The people who buy houses with an HOA deserve every bit of bullshit that comes with them. That’s what you get for buying a house and signing papers giving another governing body the authority to tell you what you can, cannot and must do to the house that you bought and are paying for. They’re a stupid idea all around. Here, you buy the house, we’ll tell you how to maintain it, what you can park in the driveway and weigh in on anything that alters the exterior of your house. No thanks.

I can see it being better than a house for some..a friend of mine is looking now and doesn't want to hassle with yardwork etc, single lady and just wants to relax after work.

The concept of a condo is so bizarre to me. How can you own a series of rooms in someone else's building, on someone else's land?

I think I'd feel like I was in a hotel or apartment, not in my own place.

I looked at a house with an HOA fee once. It was supposedly structured that way because it was a private road and it was a way for everyone to chip in for snowplowing and grading/stone where necessary (dirt road) and that's all they did. I think it was $90/month. Still made me hesitant.

My wife and I have decided no HOA, no over 55, no condo. If we have to settle for an older house that needs some updating, that's fine.

I would like the smaller size and less work. Usually the big condo/apartment places are a lot less of a hassle than the small neighborhood type places. If I was in a big building like an apartment sure I wouldn’t care much. For now though I like the back yard etc.

I want a pool at our next house. I’d love a garage big enough to work on the truck also. Dream garage would be a barn big enough to store the camper in for the winter.

Reminds me I need to do the pop n lock or whatever I end up going with. Should do that before you spray KY gel in a few weeks.

I’m conflicted. In New England I don’t think a pool is worth the hassle, unless I was working from home or retired. And in either case - I’m moving somewhere warmer so I can enjoy the outdoors year round better.

but down south I’d love a pool.

I don’t need any more real estate to work with in terms of bedrooms - but garage and shed and basement space I could do with more. A lot more. But we don’t have kids. If we did/do that all changes.

    This?

I'm not a green truck guy I guess. It's better than the pewter color all the GMs were for a period there in the early 00s.
