Yeah, maybe do better under a big diesel where at least the weight is considered. Lots of stress on axles and diff for sure.
Quick search came up about 20k and a week install. Not for me but I'll come help anyone with pockets that deep.

Yeah, I feel like that’d do better with a solid axle.

I have a problem, guys. This is set number 5 in my possession. Winter wheel set #5. I cannot seem to leave well enough alone. Last year I was all excited for the FJ steel wheels and the ended up being a lot of meh when I saw it in person. I really like the idea of them, but they are SO heavy (I know, I know, load range E KO2s so who cares what your snow tires weigh, Mike) and the center cap design deserves a special place in hell. I got these reasonably cheap. Once I swap them onto the Nokians, I'll likely put the FJs for sale. I need to cull the herd and get down to two sets total (TRD and stock 16" OR), but I need to wear out my Nokians first, which I figure is at least another 4-5 years. Once the Nokians have another season or two and are worth less money (if my truck were totalled, I'd want to keep them and my KO2s) I'll chuck my old SR5 steel wheels / snows from forever ago.

The tires have 6-7/32 of tread remaining. The PO said they went about 20,000 miles. Tire Rack says they start out at about 11/32. How much of a chump am I to throw them up on CL with that information. I figure there's at least another 15,000 miles on them. They'd be a good tire to get someone through a year, or trade them in, but not really a solution to go too much distance on.

for that much just buy a Jeep or a trail dedicated rig jeebus. Seems like a very niche and silly product. With that much coin just for those - not for suspensions tires wheels regear etc it’s 20 grand. I can get a wrangler for 5 and 15 on off road shenanigans and do the same shit.

NICE! 27.5 my guy! :D I came from the BMX world, I don't like the traildozer approach of the modern 29s.

I'm short so the smaller wheels I think will be better for me. Also, I have a cheap 29'r hard tail and the larger wheels to pedal noticably harder than my 26" wheels. I wanted it to feel light and easy to pedal so I opted for the 27.5 over the 29. The smaller wheels also have longer suspension travel.

Anyone know a reputable alignment shop for lifted trucks in MA? I used to go to NTB but they told me they won't do a custom adjustment on a lifted truck to change the camber.

Honestly, I go to townfairtire and I tell them exactly the way I want the caster and camber to be and they do it for me.

I recommend BDR auto in Holliston. They specialize in Landcruisers and Land Rovers, but they work on anything. They're familiar with SPC ucas, and aftermarket ones in general. They will also align it to whatever you want. It'll be a little more than those garbage chains as it's all hourly rate not fixed, but they do a great job and actually care about doing good work.

I have 265/75's right now and they're looking close to 200 bucks per corner to replace. If I can get skinny 33s for half that? Absolutely

Any site that has a separate section marked “caskets”…

I bet if you ordered from there you’d get tires…but they’d likely be for an RC car. This reeks of the IG scam items where they show something amazing and then you don’t receive anything remotely similar.
