The infiniti feels great towing. I'm sure the sequoia would feel even better as it still has solid axle rear. I'm sure it comes with air leveling rear too.

Both but it won't matter as much with a tank, some may be upset I made the trail wider, others may be happy lol

Oh I'm not too sure about the aluminum bed, I know I have loaded mine up and had it fully extended with no concerns in my tacoma bed. I modified mine and put L-track down the sides and a horse mat from tractor supply down the middle (they sit at just about the same height).

Nice! If I were buying one new, I'd very likely get the Bed Slide along with their no-drill kit. I do like some things about their product a little better. But, the price was right on the Cargo Glide so I'll make it work. The CG units have vertical sides that stick up a few inches with a track built in, which is pretty neat. I think the Bed Slides look a little cleaner and more finished off. Those and the Highway Products version are my favorites. For my use though, CG will work.

I really like that setup, very functional!

It's time to buy all the perishable goods again, even you @GarlicFarts . Looks like you're getting actual snow this weekend.

Did some salmon in the Ooni oven. This is the second time I've done this recipie, and fuck my butt it's good. Thing almost makes salmon like candy and renders all the fat so that there's none of the brown fatty layer between the meat and skin. It just melts away. 100% recommend spending what is likely too much money on one of these ...20220126_192935.jpg 20220126_193329.jpg

8-16 at the moment. Whatever. If that's all we really get this year no big deal. Our last storm of about 6 inches is completely gone now so whatever.

Got you beat! I actually briefly saw -17, but I was stopped here waiting for a bus and wasn't then.

Up here in Northern NH I had -25. Currently sitting at -22. Glad I don't have to run my tacoma in this and get a company truck to deal with it.

Seems silly to wait for a bus when you clearly have a truck. It is a Ford though ao maybe jt just turned on but doesn't move under it's own power....:boink:

Yep, mornings like this I really wish I had a garage connected to the house so there's at least some heat in the truck when you start out in the morning. Took a while to get the truck warm and blowing heat this morning and VERY happy I got the heated seats wired a few weeks ago.

Nah, @js312 toasted the trans in a GM product not a Ford. Though you might be suggesting it's a BSAD issue?

Suckbag..had to replace a shear bolt on the snowblower today, which meant cutting out of work early to buy one. Plus side is I just happened to see today that it was busted so better to know now. The middle of the bolt was still in the augers, looks like the bolts rusted or snapped.

Wife insisted we get a generator too so I have a new Generac I just wrestled into the garage.

That was actually @jethro . I think I may have helped influence his F-150 purchase though.

I did kill a transmission (actually I think it was just the torque converter) in a Nissan Maxima, but it had almost 250k on it at the time.
