Yeah, I prefer that style of wheel on a truck. Works.

My biggest decision is, whether to stick with 35s, or say Fk it, and go up to 37s...

Speaking of fj’s Are our diffs more rugged than theirs?? I thought I read somewhere that the drive train was weak.

I'm pretty sure they use the same diffs, but the FJ ADD tube is an "upgrade" as it eliminates the actuator

Any trimming required for 37’s? I believe I can fit 35’s, but 37’s requires some gymnastics and at least a level kit. I’m on 34’s now, 275/65R20, no trimming needed.

Load range appears to be the issue.... but, still looking.

    No. Shouldn't be anyway... I'm at 4.5". A 9inch with 5in backspacing will clear 37s .

Catch is, hard to find a E or F that isn't a full on MT... I, as stick with 35s just to keep the capacity. Other factor is rehearing. Empty truck, no problem. Don't even think I'd have an issue with a 2-3k lb camper on the back, BUT, going up to 4.10s or 4.30s... would help keep everything happy.

No real reason for 37s other than they look RIGHT on the Stupid Duties...

2014 tacoma double cab. I have a decked system loaded down with mechanics hand tools. Another small roller "jobsite" style box with power tools and batteries. A bunch of other randoms...some levels, a mini jack, hardware/parts organizer, couple work lights...all covered with a fiberglass ARE cap. In my mind nowhere near reaching the payload! The front has a "puck" style leveling kit. I'm looking at a nearly 2-2¹/²" difference in height of the truck between front and back. She's got 4 brand new 33's. My leaf packs are looking very stressed. Down turned at the front shackle and almost flat out the rest of the way. What has anyone used for upgraded leaf packs? Was there added height and did the brake lines in the rear have to be extended at the same time?

Yeah, you need upgraded leaf springs. Either Dakar (medium or heavy depending on total weight) or the Icon RXT. Those are my two solutions to you.
I run the Icon RXT with all the leafs added in. It gives me a good amount of lift, but I do expect it to settle later on. I do run a diamondback HD, bed rack, and small tools in the bed. That runs about 300lbs.

Did you extend the brake lines? Or is there enough slack not to worry about it?
