Not mine, I’m going to pick up a few doors for my truck tomorrow and was offered it. It was purchased a couple years ago to do the swap and he decided against it.

    Do it Harry!

I can even drop it at Jared’s house tomorrow.

The luck I had today with my truck. I'm not touching that thing for a while.

I go to do my inner boots. I pull the tires and see that my driver's outer is also torn. I start to pull the passenger side apart. Nothing want's to come apart. The threads on the axle get royally messed up.
I put it back together the best I can. I then go and lube the upper control arms. One of the bushings on the passenger side is bad. I still greased them (after loosening the nut like I always do).
I put the wheels back on and had to take one back off because one of the wheel stud threads was a little messed up. I ran a thread chaser over it.

    Sounds like me!! lmao

I had similar issues a few weeks back and ended up getting all new bushings, ball joints and tie rod ends to install.

I messed with my console and trans tunnel to seal it better ( diff fluid smell thru the fj shifter when the window is open) now it’s worse! Gonna just flexseal the whole dam thing next time I have it apart.

Not on hand but it’s real simple. There’s a boot over it and it doesn’t seal air tight. I need to find and seal the leaks.
Not oem and fits half under the gear shift. I’ll pop it up for mod day to show you if I don’t have it sealed proper by then.

Maybe I can think up a solution.

For the gear oil, I'm thinking about getting something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Lumax-LX-1341-Multi-Purpose-Oil-Pump/dp/B01N5MRR8F?crid=2KCMAVEDLOD6C&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.c5ApUMsJEH-Rgw820kYXWkU6zo2msxEMj2zSHNjhgl6hJVGCUkdLR5mJ9CdOW-V4SnjlOKV2ax1t_kBplP4aCLkFer4QidbYwbzhbWhQcsH_e7t7n_2-MaKnTXhdNL0fQhbGthCGv8pO3agVkhfqTE1BGjGC1WgSEzFxMLTTT2A7rZu8Of-tPHeNIgn-f1efu09BG3h9o3QotfPyUfvRZtjifkH_TAGFtUFhT4kFH6QjNdXcpQsi1_7cL03UHWy3MJjPPN23LkVScXnJvoh5ytKmqwg91jkFj8XFCq61SBM.8emlWxo9AHiXNb9ApuYRVm_LnXuXekAMJRR3sZgFjCQ&dib_tag=se&keywords=gear+oil+fluid+pump&qid=1723326857&sprefix=gear+oil+fluid+pump%2Caps%2C99&sr=8-9

I also never did replace my axle boots. Got frustrated and just put it back together.

Suspension update. Burnt my hand cooling my birthday dinner so we had to wait a little bit. Hahaha.

Hi! Last week I dropped off my springs and struts and associated misc parts at a shop to have the coilovers assembled. They got picked up by a friend, so I didn’t realize until last night that it looks like the springs aren’t sitting right, and one of the rubber bushings has uneven squish for something brand new. Is my instinct to have them re-assemble it the right one? Or is this something that’s easy to adjust during installation?
