    I have the parts sourced and have done a bunch of reading. Wanting to get it done this year and thought it would be nice to have someone at a mod day who had done it. Going to do the tube swap at the same time and go all mechanical.

    Only thing I don't really have a handle on is the handle - I figured I'd grab a piece of rod and thread it, then bend it up as necessary. How does the stock shifter attach to the tcase itself?
