    Ballpark the cost to fab up a second battery tray for a 27F AGM? :spy:

    I am thinking I will relo it to the passenger area where the cowl intake goes.

    It'd probably be around $200 and mild steel. Probably worth getting that one if the lead time is good with you.

    What are you doing? Keeping the stock battery too?

    To be fair that was just a quick google, I have zero attachments to any design :p

    Might wing it. Seen a couple people who cut out problem sections once they crack and weld in plate and are fine. Also it doesn't happen to everyone, so, might chance it.

    We can talk but I would think reinforcing it from the start would end up better than trying to repair cracked 22 ga and then strengthen it. Are you keeping the stock battery too?
