Alrighty folks, I'm gonna need input from a lot of y'all. I've already talked to Jared about the issue I am having with the alignment guys. So, after we replaced the LCAs with OEM ones (just aftermarket bushings and ball joint), the shop was only able to get the alignment to appx -1.7 degrees of camber on both sides with caster at about -4 or so. I don't have the sheet with the specs unfortunately, but that's what I was told. Driver side LCA cams are basically dead center, so there is space to adjust on those, while passenger side seems to be close to maxed out. The tech said he can't get camber any closer to 0 due to the passenger side being almost maxed out, and that the solution to it is to lift the front end more.

The setup right now is, JBA UCA, BAMF Hybrid bumper, stock LCAs, King 2.5 (don't remember ride height/preload), but it currently sits at just about stock height (CV axles basically dead flat).

First thing is, why the massive difference in cam angles from driver to passenger. Second thing, will additional lift really aid in getting camber to 0? It doesn't make sense to me.

Additional lift extends the suspension and reduces camber

Do you have the high caster JBA UCA's?

Well, I guess I need to figure out how to add more height. That might be my issue now. The threads on the Kings might be a bit too crusty to move...
As far as I am aware, yes.

Yep, if I had to guess its down to your ride height and having high caster UCA's.

Im gunna do my alignment I think but it should be pretty easy with SPC's

Honestly, the caster doesn't seem like that big a deal to me. I think im at -4° as well, it keeps the wheel out of the firewall. That camber is fucked though, and if one side is near maxed and the other isn't I'm thinking something is either bent on one side or maybe something I'd installed backwards? Do the bushings look squished/stressed? When's the last time you checked the uca?

Caster and camber arent independent. And you have spc's so those are cheating, you could probably run -10 degrees if you wanted to

Yeah, the shop tech mentioned it was the ride height. I didn't think it would have that much of an effect.
I'm not worried about my caster angles, I know those will be -3 or higher just based on the UCAs. LCA bushings are brand spanking new so they shouldn't be. UCA ball joints were replaced a few years ago along with the bushings.
I don't exactly want to spend the money to swap to SPCs, but in theory I could get a decent discount...

Exactly! (Let's add Ackerman angle to the conversation and really mess things up)

Woah there, I wasnt saying you should go to those. If your around stock ride height a stock geometry arm is the way to go. Matt does have a good point about maybe a backwards piece of hardware somewhere though

I was going to bring that in but didnt want to confuse this even more

I'm fairly confident nothing is reverse, as it was all done by the one and only @crashngiggles except for when I replaced my UCA bushings and ball joint a few years ago.
Here is the thing, my alignment was fine beforehand, so not sure what happened, unless my previous alignment also had some camber like that. That, and the other difference is that there was a bumper installed between alignments.

Yep I would doubt it to but its easy to check
You mean a ride height reducer?

Front bumper start, it’s different than anything I’ve seen before but I like the design a lot.

    And I can

Neither, it’s in a friends shop. Getting one for myself is one of my next goals
