New Entune 3.1 Update Info

Hi I've been thinking of buying a new taco. My 07 is fine but...
Personally I don't think the new 2015/16 will be very different in looks. Sure a bit.
My concern is the nav software and what new chafes might we expect. Any thoughts?

I just happened to get an over the air update on this past Thursday morning, not sure the version number, no noticeable differences.

 

they added slick radio or something like that. update on both the truck and the iphone app.... effin entune is still confused and unable to pull data over bluetooth if ANYTHING is plugged into USB. still broke. how can they not fix this...

those of us that keep a media device via USB while iphone connected over BT, entune wont connect (read as: no data tethering to feed data to HU) unless you unplug whats connected into USB.... ridiculous

 

I set up my radio to connect for data over bluetooth. The truck connects to iphone with BT everytime the truck turns on. Any other apps ( I heart, weather,etc...) connect to iPhone for the data. It just turns you iphone into a hotspot and then you don't have to plug phone in. I'll try to get the setting options and write back.

 

yes this works.... but if you do this while simultaneously getting music from USB, entune doesnt know where to get its data from.

 

aw gotcha. Ya i wouldn't know about that. I only use my iPhone for music.

 

at least now they made it official...
