I got a 2rz 2.4L and was wondering if it would be worth putting in new headers, pipes and a muffler. Would there be any gains or would I just be wasting cash?

There is definitely some power to be had there, if you get the right stuff. First, I would suggest the deck plate. I just did it to mine. On the other stuff, just look around in this forum. There's all kinds of info and even videos to help you in your decision.

If you are interested in a 44, let me know, I have one in my garage collecting dust. Had it on the truck 1 day, the sound was not for me. PM if interested!
