NEW EXHAUST SOUND GOOD OR BAD ???

    HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS !! JUST HAD A NEW MUFFLER INSTALLED AND AM NOT SURE IF I LIKE IT OR NOT.

    ITS A CLONE MUFFLER OF A MAGNAFLOW 14'' (SHOP SAID SAME AS MAGNAFLOW JUST NO NAME ON IT)

    ITS AN A 2002 DOUBLE CAB SR5 TRD 4X4 3.4L

    I HAVE NEVER HEARD OUR TRUCKS IN PERSON WITH A PERFORMANCE MUFFLER SO IM NOT SURE OF HOW IT SHOULD SOUND. JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE IM GETTING THE MAGNAFLOW SOUND OR IF I SHOULD TAKE IT BACK AND TELL THEM TO SHOVE IT!!!!

    Sounds decent man the biggest thing is magnaflows is there stainless Steel and last .. There not that loud and tacomas don't have the best soundIng motors... Like said before if you like it that's all that matters... Don't expect it to sound like a v8 you'll always be disappointed ...

    actually IMO yours sounds good! Not ricey. Nice tone. My advice, have a buddy or someone drive your truck past you in a lot so you can hear it under load. This is what everyone will be hearing-not you setting there revving it in park. I actually strapped my digital camera onto my rear mudflap and videoed my twin exhaust as I drove around, but I'm sick in the head and that's for another thread:D

    I have heard that a muffler will get louder when it's broke it. If that's true how long dose it take to break one in.
