I ordered and had these installed on Saturday. So far I really like them. The ride does not seem much harsher than the KO2s I had on previously and they seem to be much quieter.

@Discount Tire I decided to get fancy with some pics highlighting the tires!

They look pretty great to me, love these tires.

Looks sweet! Are those genuine TRD wheels or replicas?

So I have a question for everyone.

Recently I did the chalk test on my new AT4s, and according to the results, I should be running about 26-27 psi in the unloaded rear to make the full width of the tread contact the ground, and around 32 psi in the front. Does 26-27psi seem too low for daily driving?

I regularly see members here getting 50K+ miles out of their wildpeaks, and the furthest I've gotten with mine is maybe 35k, so I'd like to make these last as long as possible through proper inflation and regular rotations.

    What size are they?

And what size is OEM for your model?

    Sorry - should have included.

    Currently riding on 265/75/16.

    OEM was 265/65/17.

There's no way I'd be running anything under 29/30psi.

Are those LT's you're running now?

If they are, you will probably be better off around 32-35psi. I'm not a fan of the chalk test, it does not factor in a new tires load capacity.

You can also use this to help get your psi to a more accurate number:

Sweet. Reason I am curious is to figure out the wheels width and offset specs. Thanks

Using the above calculator I "should" be using 26psi

OEM Size (P265/70R16 SL) Load Capacity: 2326 lbs. @ 32 psi.

New Size (P285/70R17 SL) Load Capacity: 2480 lbs. @ 26 psi.

Yes that makes sense, since you’re staying with a SL tire

I’m sure going up a few more psi wouldn’t hurt. Esp if you’re triggering tpms

Not LTs. I'm running 28-29 rn and it's still a pretty comfortable / sturdy ride.
