Hey All! excited to join the forum and looking to get insight on building my truck for my needs! I've been a tacoma owner for many years had a 2005 pre Runner, went to a Toyota FJ cruiser Pushed that thing to 200k miles. Traded that in for a 2017 DCLB SR5 Tacoma 4x4 then traded that in for a new 2021 TRD OR 4x4! Photo was my most recent camping trip at Ft de soto state . park! - My family loves to camp and my SR5 was built to live in and camp anywhere! now that i have a new born we decided to move on to tent camping. With that being said, I love my gazelle Tent!! BUTTTT it is really hard to pack up in the short bed. I've been looking into bed racks and wanting to stay close to 1000$. Has anyone had issues with KB Voodoo? or RCI?? the companies both offer options to mount the rack with a tonneau cover but was wondering what the durability is like in the florida salty weather?? If you have photos with either a KB voodoo or RCI bed rack post them up!!

    Thank you everyone!

Have the RCI bed rack. I plan on putting an RTT on soon. The only concern was where the powder coat chipped a bit. It looks like it wants to start rusting. I’m sure some rustoleum or something will help but other than that it seems like a solid rack.

Sure... may just take you up on that. I lived in the lower keys for a few years in my 20’s. These days we go down and fish offshore out of Stuart.

Nice looking rig. Hoping to retire to FL in 9 years or so. Until then this rig gets a lot of use on my local lakes. EA87B5F1-215D-4587-A962-F0EF07C49C3A.jpg
