New Frame for 2003 Tacoma

Hi,

I am new here. I have a 2003 Tacoma V6 4WD SR5 and I noticed the frame is rusting. I looked for used frames wasn't able to find one in a good quality. So, I was wondering have anyone knows a company that makes new frame for the Tacoma ? or knows a website where I could get one. I am from Canada(NWO). Also does anyone have CAD file of the frame? or the blue prints

 

Best bet is to find one some one has laying around and clean it up

I have an '07 Tacoma SR5 Access Cab that I bought new. It has 150K miles and has been a great truck. There is some rust on the frame that evidently was serious enough that it did not pass inspection at the place I usually take it to. I will be taking it to my son's mechanic next Tues that looked at pictures of the frame that I took and thinks he can repair it. In the meantime I found a website of a company that makes frame repair kits. It's called Safe T Cap, located in Cranston, RI. Phone-1-800-407-7024. They have pictures on their website that show diagrams of 2nd generation Tacoma frames and the sections you can buy. There's also a website that shows a man using one of their pieces to repair a Tacoma frame. Hope this helps.
