    On Feb. 24 I will be flying down to Omaha, NE to pick up my new to me truck.

    A 2002 Xtra Cab 4x4 SR5 TRD V6 5spd manual. 85k miles. I'm pretty excited.

    Thanks for the welcome, everyone. This truck is my dream truck. I really don't like the second gens, too big and plastic for me. But, I also don't like the early 1st gens. I love how sleek the grills are on the late 1st gens.

    I also require a manual transmission. And 4 wheel drive. I wasn't aware that the 4x4 TRDs came with a manual transmission. Is that a rare setup? Ive only ever seen auto TRD 4x4 Xtra cabs.

    I need the extra cab due to my 2 young kids.

    As I said, this is *the* perfect truck for me. I am so friggen excited.
