    Leer canopy with Thule/Yakima rack system w/fittings for kayaks, canoe, bikes & cargo basket
    I found y'all while doing a Google search looking for answers regarding rack system (Yakima & Thule) capability for my new Leer topper/canopy.

    I was born in SF, grew-up in SoCal, and spent most of my adult life in Colorado & Alaska. I've spent the last 11-yrs splitting my time between Anchorage & Denali Prk, Alaska.

    In addition to spending time in the outdoors kayaking, camping, mtn biking, hiking, etc..., I enjoy following Colorado State Univ Football & Basketball...GO STATE!!!

    My current vehicle is a:
    2005 Tacoma - 4x4, Dbl-Cab, 4.0l, w/the TRD Off-Rd pkg

    Past Toyota Trucks have owned included:
    1999 4Runner Lmt Ed - 4x4
    1993 Delux Pickup - 4x4
    1982 Pickup - 4x4

    FYI, I have Thule bars on my leer 180 that came as a package. It looks as if they just drill into the roof of the cap and bolt the tracks to it. I'll take a little closer look tonight and let you know. Maybe I can get some pics. Not sure of the weight capacity though.
