    I think they rationalize what state your from and push you away. They don't want you to bring your needs to them as they are too busy walking around the dealerships blowing smoke up each others ASS. Even the Parts dept. Goon at one Dealership said and I quote anything you get off TW has got to be gospel. He didn't mean it in a good way as he further explained all of you that live and breath TACOMA don't know shit. I disagree, I get a lot out of TW, that doesn't mean I agree with it all. But dude ITS ALL GOOD......
